Terms & Conditions

The following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below wherever they appear in this document:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the bgo777 Platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. bgo777 employs automated age-screening tools and reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify compliance.

2.2 Residency. The bgo777 Platform is operated for and primarily marketed to residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to register or wager.

2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily applied for self-exclusion through the bgo777 Responsible Gaming tools or through any recognized third-party exclusion registry are not eligible to hold an active account during the exclusion period.

3.1 Single Account. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bgo777 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, bgo777 will close all but the first verified account and void any associated balances or winnings.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bgo777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification. bgo777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or valid passport);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank statement showing your name and BCA or BRI account number);
• Selfie photograph with the submitted identification document.

3.5 Account Suspension Pending Verification. bgo777 may temporarily suspend a Player's ability to withdraw funds pending completion of KYC verification. The Player's ability to continue wagering during this period is at bgo777's sole discretion.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bgo777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at bgo777's discretion.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be returned subject to applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be rejected and returned to the Player's account balance.

4.4 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted during normal WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) banking hours — Monday to Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB — are typically processed within 5 minutes. Requests submitted outside banking hours or on Indonesian national public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours.

4.5 Own-Name Transactions. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own legal name. All withdrawals will be remitted exclusively to a payment account bearing the same name as the registered bgo777 account. Third-party transfers are strictly prohibited and will result in transaction reversal and potential account suspension.

4.6 Currency. All transactions on the bgo777 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bgo777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the Player's payment provider.

5.1 General Conditions. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the bgo777 Platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Rollover Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum rollover requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any portion of the resulting balance may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 500,000 requires total wagers of at least Rp 5,000,000 before a withdrawal request can be processed.

5.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to rollover requirements. Slot games (including slot gacor titles) generally contribute 100% of each wager. Live table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. bgo777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings if it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, collusion with other Players, or coordinated multi-account activity.

5.5 Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds that are not used within 30 calendar days of being credited will expire and be removed from the Player's account without notice.

5.6 One Bonus at a Time. Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses is considered bonus abuse under clause 5.4.

6.1 Game Availability. bgo777 offers a broad range of gaming products including online slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting (including bandar bola — bookmaker-style football wagering), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), virtual sports, and e-sports markets. Game availability may vary by product type and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Fairness. All games offered on the bgo777 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment overseen by trained croupiers. RNG certification is maintained by independent third-party auditing laboratories.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game and betting market on the Platform carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game interface or betting slip. bgo777 reserves the right to alter stake limits at any time.

6.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a software malfunction, server interruption, or data transmission error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bgo777 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account. No compensation beyond the stake refund will be payable.

6.5 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute relating to a game outcome or transaction must be submitted to bgo777 customer support within 72 hours of the event in question. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bgo777 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or bank account;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms;
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bgo777 staff or other Players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Platform's software or content.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the bgo777 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, game interfaces, software code, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of bgo777 or its licensed content suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited Licence. bgo777 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own private recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not use the bgo777 name, logo, or any Platform content in any external publication, website, social media account, or marketing material without prior written consent from bgo777.

9.1 Data Collection. bgo777 collects and processes personal data provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform. This includes identity information, contact details, transaction records, and technical usage data such as IP address and device identifiers.

9.2 Privacy Policy. The collection, storage, use, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the bgo777 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

9.3 Marketing Communications. With your consent, bgo777 may send you promotional communications via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting customer support or using the unsubscribe mechanism included in any marketing message.

10.1 Platform Availability. bgo777 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions may result in temporary unavailability. bgo777 shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime.

10.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bgo777's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — regardless of the legal basis of the claim — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. bgo777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if bgo777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. bgo777 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through the normal operation of the Platform. You agree to wager only funds you can afford to lose.

11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your bgo777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled in accordance with standard rules and any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method.

11.2 Termination by bgo777. bgo777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds (where rollover requirements have not been met) will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

12.1 Applicable Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bgo777 holds its international gaming licence.

12.2 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms, and you waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue, inconvenient forum, or any similar doctrine.

12.3 Language. These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

13.1 Right to Amend. bgo777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the bgo777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

13.3 Version History. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
